I found a piece of the center console not completely installed once I was given my keys back. Frank Lurusso was very helpful addressing the issue when I pointed that out. However, I have noticed more controls were not functioning as I was heading home. The lack of attention to details to the repair is concerning. I hope you will have someone resolve the inoperable switches and controls.

Jim is a great guy! Friendly, professional and flexible. He really made the process very streamline and even went back to get my insurance card in my car despite the car was already checked in by staff. He's a great asset to the team!

When I first arrived I asked that my car not be washed because I just paid $200 to have it detailed so they wrote the number 13 on my windshield and left it there because I didn’t want to have it washed, last time I was there a couple months ago to get my oil changed they wash my car and made it look terrible. Then I needed assistance with the Lexus experts because I didn’t know how to use my foot to kick it under so the back opened, I did get that taken care of and now when I open the doors there’s no lights that come on inside. And I’m not Michael I’m Laura Michael is my husband and bought the car for me. They have my phone number not Michael’s but continue to call me Michael! Very Walmart type service when it should be Nordstrom service. Disappointing

Reynoso was nice but didn’t let me know that my request for a car wash & vacuum wouldn’t be granted. He assured me that this was part of the service. Instead my car was returned to me in the same condition as I left it there. I would have paid the $25 hand wash if I had known. A one stop shop is preferable plus I would have felt better driving home in a clean car after spending so much on maintenance.

Please recheck if my 2016 rx350 under fuel pump recall , the appointment is made based on fuel pump recall from longo lexus however it’s changed when I am there , please reconfirm
