I took my car in for service due to a problem with the fuel tank. I was being questioned whether I know how to get gas for my car. I even received a demonstration on how to do this properly. Then, when I return the courtesy car, the first thing he said to me was did I hit something. He did not even check the car report before making such an accusation. After he checked the car report and found that the damage had previously reported before lending it to me. He did not apologize but justify his action by saying what he did was good for me so I don’t get a surprise call from Longo later about this issue.
Edgar provided great customer service and was very thorough with details in regarding services needed on Lexus. He answered all questions I had and always kept open communication. Thanks so much.

Everything was fine and very cordial. The repairs being $3000, naturally I asked about discounts. I had negotiated a small AAA membership discount on the $3000 repair service. Despite multiple conversations and promises that it would show, the discount ultimately was not on the bill. I paid full price just to get the car during closing hours and called in the following day. Finally, when the mistake was corrected, the 10% discount apparently had a limit of up to $75, which was not disclosed before. The problems were 1) told of a discount, and never got it. 2) mistake corrected, but suddenly there is a limit. Would’ve appreciated the service much more if I just got a straight answer, even if it was a no. I would have respected that 100%. Otherwise great facility and polite staff. Would return.
