Mr. Ayala was excellent however, I’m still hearing the same noise as before not as bad so I took it back to Longo and your service department indicated to me that they have not been able to hear anything????
This comment has nothing to do with Beau Ly, Beau was great. But as I standing outside waiting for my car I saw one of the service technicians having a bit too much fun with my vehicle. I saw him speeding around the Longo Lexus dealership as well as revving the engine of my car. I did not appreciate this behavior and would HOPE the technicians would be as careful with my vehicle as I am.
