Mr. Francis was very honest enough to let me know there was no problem with the alternator but only battery. Not like the guy before with AC cleaning. I choose Longo Lexus because of the “Trust”. Thank you Francis!

After I got back from the dealer, I got one phone call having issue with a loaner car I had used for few hours. They said there was a crack on the back side which I don’t recall any issue from. Because I don’t speak good English, I had to call my service guy named John Yang. I explained him what happened and he worked/checked for me and found out the result. He viewed CCTV record and found out that it wasn’t my fault. He had to work after hours as well.
Not only because of this issue but the way he spoke/helped me was very polite and professional. He explained very detailed and nicely.
I sincerely appreciated what he had done for me and I will definitely go back to him and get serviced.
