We have two Lexus vehicles which we have serviced at Longo Lexus - Frank Lorusso remains our Service Advisor - we developed an excellent relation. On this visit Baou Ly assisted me sign in as I arrived before Frank. Service Manager Clem Cisneros was having their morning briefing when I arrived. My problem was detected and repaired. We will continue to have Longo Lexus service our vehicles.
