OUTSTANDING! Could not have been better. man Wong was ahead of the curve and on top of his game every step of the way. John was very professional and accommodating.there was some miscommunication about how long my car would take to complete, by the scheduler, not John. After I changed my status from loan vehicle to wait, John ensured that the techs were aware and the process moved within a reasonable time frame. He was a pleasure to work with.
