I came in for 70,000 mile check up for my Lexus. Before the visit I went over the details of the work for this service. When all the work was completed I was told additional work should be done for usual maintenance at this time. Had I known I would have planned my day differently and would have stayed the extra two hours for this additional work.

Never had I got a welcome like I did with your receptionist like I got.
Like I said I paid in advance, two people came up before me, when I came up she was annoyed for some reason.
I came up she had the rudest attitude and I came up to her saying I was picking up my car..
gave more of an attitude and said, who was my rep.. I did say so many of them I didn’t get his name, I told her I payed online and she saw I payed, she then changed her attitude... looked over got my key and diss missed me.
Last time I came this didn’t happen, that lady seemed rushed and rushed all of my day after this... not a good element to have at the front end. Thank you

After the receptionist saw I had payed online she changed her attitude to positive and I just ask my self if she wants easy work...
