Kelly and of course Paul always provide exceptional service and the mechanics are the best. Kelly stays in continuous contact with updates on the progress of the repairs. It’s a pleasure coming to Longo. In my 78 years I’ve never liked going to a mechanic for service. Longo is certainly a trusted dependable service center and sales department.

as always every time i take my NX350H never left the unhappy. im thankful that my service advisor is Rene Reynoso who always take care of me. he's very professional & kind importantly easy to talk to. that's why if my car already need maintenance service i make appoint that i make an appointment with Rene. Longo Lexus is lucky that they have an employee like Rene Reynoso who's very welcoming always with the smile.
