We don’t understand why you can’t replace the battery. We already informed that it happened 3x. I’m about to go to work and for the 4th time the car won’t start. We have to call roadside assistance and it’s really a hassle— wasting our time.

I was ready to turnaround when i saw over 10 cars waiting... however, my car was serviced, tested and washed in 2.5 hrs. I was mentally ready to be there a few more hours than that.
