We don’t understand why you can’t replace the battery. We already informed that it happened 3x. I’m about to go to work and for the 4th time the car won’t start. We have to call roadside assistance and it’s really a hassle— wasting our time.

I was ready to turnaround when i saw over 10 cars waiting... however, my car was serviced, tested and washed in 2.5 hrs. I was mentally ready to be there a few more hours than that. Big thanks to Mr. Ho for following up with me since I had a cranky toddler with me. I will definitely continue my car service with Longo!

Longo Lexus always gives a top notch service experience. Even though the line was long when I checked in, but the appointment attendant approached my car almost immediately. I didn’t even wait in the line for more than 5 minutes after I arrived.
