I was told my car would be ready before 2:30pm. I arrived at about 2:15pm & the girl in the front told me the paperwork was not in & my advisor was out to lunch. She told me to wait & someone will call my name.
I waited until 2:43pm & asked the guy at the reception desk again & he checked for me. The paperwork was actually left on the advisor’s desk who was out to lunch. Had I not asked again, I would have waited until someone brought the paperwork to the front reception.
I then waited for another 15 mins to get my car. Just felt the wait was too long to get my car.
At 3:55, almost an hour after I picked up my car, I received a message from Longo Lexus telling me my car was ready. Guess the system was not updated correctly?

I had appointment for battery replacement on 5/19/21at 4pm. I already told one of staff when I was be there. Yang , John answered my questions . Then I came back at 6pm to want to know when service done. I saw my car still in same place with engine on and light on. Asked staffs service done? Stated “ Yes, you can leave. But I said I needed to pay for replaced . She said “okay, go inside to pay. ‘ I looked for Mr. Yang . I found battery no replaced . I just wanted to let you know what happened yesterday. Mr. Yang gave me 15% discount and said sorry to me . I thought no one pay attention why that car there with engine and light on for two hours .
Oh, Edgar is the greatest!! I can always trust that he will always have our best interest and make sure that the car is completely serviced!

Jennifer was wonderful, she tried very hard. However after 3 1/2 days, two out of the three issues remain unresolved. Not Jennifer‘s fault, but it is a little bit disheartening.
