Edgar is excellent but, I had a problem with the sliding cover in the back.. It is
missing a screw so I cant use it to hide items in the back storage area...it was not fixed— is this small repair covered under my warranty??

Servive is excellent and Beau reviewed my service history and made great recommendations. The only improvement I like to see is shorter time in returning my vehicle. It took more than 18 minutes after I shown The staff outside manning the station. I supposed to be next in line so after waiting 16 minutes I checked again and was told they were washing my car. I appreciated the wash and I want to make recommendation to wash the car right after service is over which was two hours before my arrival.

Working with Rodolfo was fine. In general everything at longo just requires a lot of waiting. I arrived at my appt time at 10, didn’t meet w Rodolfo until 1020, I was told my car would be ready by 2/3, finally got the text that my car would be ready at around 4, so I showed up at 4, just to be told the car wasn’t washed yet. They said they would call when it was ready, which happened at 445pm. Picked up the car and the windshield and windows were streaky. Lexus Glendale would have me in and out in 1.5 hours. I understand the volume may be different, but it was a huge difference in the experience.
Beau was very good. I always use Frank, because of such great service and hands on time while there. Beau was very good-and equal to Frank. Thank you for the attentiveness to my car.
