I answered yes that I was completely satisfied because to say no would be misleading. However one thing I wasn’t satisfied with was the tire pressure settings. The paperwork said the pressure in all 4 tires was 34. After driving for only a little while the pressure was 37 in 2 tires, 39 in one and 42 in the 4th. I know driving increases the pressure about 3 pounds but the variance is way out of line. If LEXUS doesn’t have a gauge to put in an exact amount of air pressure they should invest in them immediately. This is not the first time the tire pressures we’re not in sync. I would appreciate a reply to my comments. Thanks. Jerry Hampton.

Rene Reynoso is always great. I am always satisfied with his service. I was not satisfied with the car check in. It was the longest I waited, just to get my car checked in,maybe 15-20 minutes despite 2 people working the check in.

I had to call AAA towing, b/c it wouldn't start. Well the guy said battery was good, And, at lunch, car had brake system warning light located at right upper side of panel. When I restarted the car the warning light did not appear. If it comes back on. I will bring the car in. Thank you.
