5-10 years. (I’m sure he would be more accurate about the time frame).
He is polite, intelligent, answers questions thoroughly and never makes me feel stupid when doing so, plus he has patience and a sense of humor which is a necessity when working in any kind of customer service position. I know, I worked for a plumbing wholesale supplier both inside and outside sales for approximately
18-20 years. Man also does a good job of keeping his cool. That is a gift! especially when you have a customer who cannot do the same.

Everything was excellent until the “checkout” process. I waited far too long while the young lady to retrieve a box of printing paper. She had to walk all the way across the customer waiting area to retrieve the paper seemed flustered. After checkout, I had to wait over 15 minutes for my car to be returned to me.
However, I still love your dealership and will always bring my cars to you for service.

I love the process very convenient and fast.
John was very courteous, respectful and helpful in helping me out with fixing a crack on my windshield but also helping me do a switch out on a loaner because I needed a bigger trunk space due to moving things around. Longo Lexus IS always providing top notch customer service every time I bring in my vehicle for service!
