Rwne was off on the day that I took my car to get service. A young man named John went out of his way to give me quotes on my tires while I waited for a service advisor. That was very nice. The service advisor who helped me out was very nice. I have no complaints. Good job Lexus!

everything was great from the agent who helped me; however, i dont appreciate that i left my car for 5 days and the crack which i had in the passenger side grew another 6 inches..... i had pictures previously when i first got the crack which was possibly 5-6 inches and then when i picked up my vehicle there is another 6 inches. I had originally went to the dealership for a recall appointment but just a little annoyed after the service of the extra crack... other then that i am very satisfied with the detail and oil change
The service is always excellent, but today it seemed that the time initially being checked in and waiting to be called by a a service advisor, seemed longer than normal this time.
I even had an appointment and waited about 45 mins to be called . Once I got called, Jim Palmer provided stellar service.
Edgar, was filling in for Kelly Yang who is my rep. He did an excellent job introducing himself and he was prepared. He knew the type of service that was required. He took the time to explain what the service consisted of and he had already reserved a loaner for me. His estimated time of delivery was same day and as it turned out he was right. All in all it was definitely a great experience.
