Horrible experience with my rental. To begin with I didn’t know I had to pay a deposit , I was never told that when I was offered a rental due to you guys not having a loaner for me. I returned the rental and was told I owed them money so I couldn’t get my deposit back. What a headache !!!!!
We asked for 3 small items to be looked at while we had our new car in for a scary recall (Fuel Pump Failure) the car could shutoff unexpectedly while driving. He called and was excited to inform us the recall was done! I asked about the other three items and his answers were very inadequate. He had no idea what he was talking about and tried to avoid giving us a straight answer! Needless to say we went and talked to Clem the service manager and explained our frustration. He said a new ticket would have to be written and he would have another technician look at it. We’re from Arizona and wanted to get home so rescheduled for a new date in July!
The beginning process with Kelly was great. I was then asked to have a seat and wait for someone to come get me to give the loaner car. I waited for 1/2 an hour when I realized no one was going to come to get me. I had to go outside and show them the paperwork. When I picked up my car I was asked to go give my paperwork to an attendant and that they would retrieve my car. I did and waited for about 30 minutes. I then realized that someone had brought my car up but just left it there without letting anyone know. I continued to wait until I went and asked the attendant if that was my car she said yea let me get your keys. I just felt that I had to babysit the employees to get the job done. To be honest I expected a better service. We have owed Infinity, Mercedes Benz, and BMW’s and by far this was not a high-end service I thought I would get. I was a little disappointed because I do love my car.

Edgar is good for customer service only the car not clean that all. And I ask to how to change the time but they don’t do it . For all is good .
When I arrived I asked how long it would take to see someone to do the paperwork since my ride was waiting for me. The girl at the desk was very rude and would not help me or give me an estimate. I sat for almost 20 mins and went back to the desk. This time I spoke with a supervisor. She got someone to help me right away. He was very helpful and explained they are short staffed and that is the reason for the long wait. This is unacceptable. Lexus is a high end car and should have excellent customer service.
Service missed cleaning the front seats (arm areas) but still a Very Good experience. Thank you very much, Jennifer! We hope to buy another vehicle from Longo Lexus in the future.

It was a 45 minute wait for the loaner car, but two of the young men at the counter said they were going to help out with cleaning the cars to help out. I ended up getting the car in 20 minutes so good teamwork!
