I paid over $ 2500 for parts and “repairs and was told my car was ready
for pickup. I trusted that everything was taken care of. I’m very disappointed
with my experience with Longo Lexus.
This is the second visit that Rudy has assisted me with and I appreciate his professionalism and understanding. He explained every detail of what would take place and kept me updated every step of the way.I will be asking for him personally every time I take my car for service or repair. Thanks

I received a call from Rene notifying me that my car might need a new master cylinder. A little shock ($700+.). But in a couple of hours I got another call and learned that I didn’t need a new one. Highly ethical service and honest employees. I appreciate that.

John yang was amazing. He took care of my issue and made sure my app works before I pick up my car. Unlike my previous visit, I specifically told them my app can’t unlock the car but he didn’t care enough to test it out before I pick up my car and told me to call customer service.
My visit to Longo Lexus was more efficient and more courteous the last time I was there. Kelly is to the point but Lacks courtesy or consideration to the customer. He is quick to the point and dismissing.
Robin was very professional in getting my car serviced and back to me. He kept me informed during the process and steered me to the onsite Starbucks

Jim Plamer took the time to take care of every detail of my concern and explained what I need to do with my new battery. Also the service was finished within the time frame he had told me.
Edgar understood how ticked off that a "certified" car didn't run like a Lexus should. Even to the smallest concerns he addressed to make sure I left the lot loving my car.
