Friendly, efficient service, as always. I received a call from Rene notifying me that my car might need a new master cylinder. A little shock ($700+.). But in a couple of hours I got another call and learned that I didn’t need a new one. Highly ethical service and honest employees. I appreciate that.

John yang was amazing. He took care of my issue and made sure my app works before I pick up my car. Unlike my previous visit, I specifically told them my app can’t unlock the car but he didn’t care enough to test it out before I pick up my car and told me to call customer service.

My visit to Longo Lexus was more efficient and more courteous the last time I was there. Kelly is to the point but Lacks courtesy or consideration to the customer. He is quick to the point and dismissing.
