Called to aske how long it would take to turn in the loaner and pick up my car to see if I could make it during mynn by lunch. Frank Lorusso said he’d order the car be pulled up and ready at the time I would arrive and it was! Quick and easy to leave loaner get paperwork and get my car during my lunch break. Made it back to work with enough time to have a bite of lunch! Thank you Frank thank you Longo.
