Amazing staff as usual. Very quick and easy. Edgar was very professional and honest with me making sure I did not overpay for my service or replace unnecessary parts/fluids. He also helped me secure a loaner car which was very kind. The intern at the kiosk for the loaners was exceptional and very friendly to talk to. Only thing I could recommend improvement in is replacing car key batteries at the service desk should be free for people doing service on their car. It’s a minor thing but Newport Lexus and south County Lexus both do it for free.
I think you all did an excellent job detailing the car. Unfortunately, the interior lights were left on from the night before. I had to wait a while to get my car while they’re trying to jump start. Not a smooth transition but still a very good detail work. Thank you

I got a complimentary service credit from lexus satisfaction and use it to get new tires for my 2012 CT200H hoping to leave some amount for future maintenance costs. I also brought a set of 4 genuine tpms valves for them to install.
Then got a call from service tech that one of my new tpms wasn’t holding air so they have to replace it.
I was charged for a new tpms for $115.00 where my new provided tpms valve
only problem was the valve core. I felt so much greed from the technician and
and service tech to charge me for a new tpms where all they should have replaced was the valve core which was maybe cents.
Overall this tire set cost me $998.51 which is rediculous! I should have just ask for a new set of tires and went to Americas Tire to get it installed and tpms programmed which would have cost me less tha $500.00. Service tech is totally
inexperienced. She have no idea what I’m trying to explain. She just go by what technician tells her and know nothing about other cost savings.
I feel that they where just trying to use up all my complimentary credit from Lexus.
