He went out of his way to get me a loner vehicle. He had my car ready and waiting for me by the time I got there to pick up my car. Very nice guy. He explained issue with vehicle and didn’t make me wait at all.

Recall door opener I found a big nail leave on the front seat, end up it is for the door, luckily I put it back by myself. That should not happen. Also if you want to clean the car for the customer like lexus website said then I suggest you should do it right more professionally.
