Unfortunately, Today was the worst experience I've had at Longo Lexus. I had an appointment at 3 pm. After checking in my car, no one checked in with me. The first time I asked about my car, I was told it was being worked on. After 2 hours I found out my car hadn't been worked on. Instead of telling me, sorry we missed your car, we'll get on it right away. I was lied to about it then offered to reschedule or get a loaner car. To make the story short instead of trying to fix the mistake I was lied to and not offered to fix the mistake right there and then I had to request the service to be completed today but even then I was given an excuse first. I waited 4 hours for something that should've taken 1 1/2.

This time, I had much better experience. From the checking in little girl to front desk Asian lady. They are much more active and energized. They were showing more willing to help.

Everyone was very nice they told me my car would be ready in 3 na half hours it was only 2 hours which that was very great he did not even feel like 2 hours.
