Great service as usual!
One small discrepancy. I did notice when I returned home, that my front passenger-side tire air valve cap was missing. It is chrome-plated and matches the wheel well. A replacement would be much appreciated.

It was my first time coming to Longo Lexus it was a great experience. From the time I pulled up for scheduled appointment I was helped right away. I didn’t wait long before Edgar Anzaldo came and went over what I needed for service and to install the trailer hitch package installation and cost. Edgar was able to help bring the cost down for the installation and helped we a vehicle loaner. I was notified my vehicle was ready and was able to pay online before returning to pickup my GX460. Thank you Edgar and Longo Lexus staff for making this such a great experience! I will be back again!!
