Mr Man Wong was an excellent consultant. Never rushed with his explanation before my car was serviced & after. Offered more help if I have questions.

I have had more problems with my 2020 Lexus than my 2009 Toyota 4 Runner. My husband was thinking of getting the RX 350 Lexus but we are not sure anymore. Thank you, for the much improved service.

Unbeknownst to me he had a loaner car set up for me in addition to an Uber ride. It’s the service that he provides that’s exceptional and he’s a wonderful example for your company.
