The service was great. However, when I was picking up my rental car, we did not check the front windshield. And when I was driving back, I all of a sudden realized the front windshield has two big cracks. Luckily, I have taken some pictures of the car before I took off, and luckily, the cracks were shown on the picture I have taken. Please kindly contact me for picture if needed. I am very positive the cracks were not caused by me. Thank you very much. Lexus team is the best! Thank you all for all the great services.
