Another fantastic job by the service team. I do have one comment. Beau had called me to let me know my vehicle was done and ready to pick up, I asked if they would run my vehicle thru the wash, Beau said he would make sure this is done. When I picked up my car and drove home I noticed the vehicle was not washed.
Not a deal breaker but I did want to comment on this.
Longo service department is one of the reasons why I have owned 3 Longo Lexus vehicles. To be honest I actually brag about your service department.

Rudy Ayala as well as Kenneth Flores in the rental car area went over and above to assist me. I have always said the reason I purchased two Lexus was because Longo has the best service department ever!!!! Again, Rudy and Kenneth are two very professional and kind individuals!!!!!!!!

Edgar has helped me before and is the best! There was a “scheduling error” and he went above and beyond to accommodate me. I was a little frustrated with the situation; however, I knew I was in good hands.
Edgar did a great job from check in to follow up. Unfortunately they team was not able to duplicate the problem I am having with the automatic seat adjustment. This is the 2nd time my new car has been in for this issue.

My drivers side weathertech all weather floor mat was found in the trunk. I didn’t even notice until I went to Costco later in the day and was loading the trunk and found the mat. I had to re-install it myself. Also, I asked for a complimentary car wash. I was assured that a basic car wash would be completed. All I wanted was a quick rinse. However, I picked my car and it was still dirty and no wash was completed. Rather than complain I just left.

Appointment scheduled for 9:00 am and took 5 hours to complete the first 5,000 miles service. Was told on the phone previously it would only take 2 hours. Service advisor mentioned it would be ready right at 2:00 pm, still waited until exactly 2:20 pm to get car back.
