Rene is the pinnacle of customer service! I have a problematic older LS460L that I have been working through and Rene has helped immensely in going through all the little nic-nac things with it and it’s I think mostly ironed out. You all gained a customer because of him, normally I take my older cars to independent shops but he has gone the extra mile! He’s also pretty easy on the eyes if you know what I mean! Lol That smile is a refreshing sight!

Jacketed was wonderful and super helpful! She was really clear with what needed to happen and answered all my questions. She also was communicative and informed me when my car needed to stay in service an extra day. I highly appreciated the ride service to and from my home.
