I was not satisfied with the the experience with longo Lexus service, firstly I was not or not seriously informed of a repair charge over $1600.00 , later it was discounted to $1250.00 . Secondly, I mentioned my engine alert light on when I checked in , but it was never got fixed as of now, even without telling me a reason why the problem is. I wasted time and got the car unfixed.
