I was there for my 10k maintanence for my RX350. When I picked up my car, it was not wash interior or exterior. The interior smell like urine. This is my worse experience with Longo. It makes me felt the service is terrible. The 2 young ladies in the rental car is very unprofessional. The Asian lady doesn’t seems to know what she is doing. Inexperience. The Hispanic lady is rude with a lot of attitude.
Beau was very professional and let me know every upfront cost implications necessary for the repair of my vehicle.
I can say, that Kelly did a great job in correcting a situation to provide customer satisfaction. Kelly kept me informed and worked with the Longo / Lexus team to provide propose service.

Beau was fine. However, I was surprised to find a placard in my car letting me know that my car was unable to be washed due to “running boards”. Pretty funny, given that it had running boards when you sold it to me, and has had running boards for every maintenance visit that I’ve made for the past 8 years. The car was pretty clean and didn’t need to be washed, and quite frankly I’m glad I didn’t have to spend the additional time waiting for it to be washed, but really? Suddenly running boards are a problem? Ridiculous excuse if you ask me.
I was very happy that the part for the air conditioner was covered by the warranty and that Lexus took my car in fast to fix it.
Frank is very open with the options and their pluses and minuses, between doing the repair with Longo or with the bodyshop. The final bill is lower than the initial estimate, indicating I am charged for what is actually performed.
Frank's follow-up gives assurance I am in good hands, and I actually was able to get my car back earlier than the latter of two estimates. A good experience all-and-all.

I was not happy with my longo experience it was the worst one I’ve ever had at longo. I dropped my car off Saturday at 7:40 am picked up around 3pm. They didn’t do the inspection and there was no report fir my car. I had to make another appointment to go back Monday. Then I went on Monday, they offered me a free car wash even though I thought car washes were always standard and free. On top of that when I was leaving they left a GPS tracker in my car. So I had to go back and let them know if they could take it off.
Service Representative was profession, knowledgeable, courteous and just over all Outstanding! I highly recommend Longo Lexus Service Department to family and friends. Thank you!
