First the car was not fixed, the car still has the same problem, they wrote on the paper that it was because of some loose items inside the car, and the sound was on the outside. Second nobody explained to me what they had done to the car i just paid and they just handed me the keys. And third the car handle on the driver side was dirty like grease. I love my car but overall service this time was really bad
