The service Kelly provided was nothing but exceptional. I’ve always love coming to Lexus as it has one of the best customer service. However, the experience I had with the cashier was far from what I would expect from Lexus. I had already paid for my vehicle and was expecting to go in and grab the keys and go. When I arrived at the cashier, there were two windows, . The one for express checkout did not have anyone and I stood in front of the cashier waiting patiently for her to acknowledge me. I waited, and waited, and waited… nothing. Finally I asked if if the window was for express checkout, she then looked up and rudely said “I’m in the middle of doing something. Be with you when I’m done” I completely understand when someone is in the middle of something but if a customer stands in front of you, it doesn’t hurt to look up and say “hi, I’ll be right with you”. I was a bit taken back at the situation as I’ve never had Lexus be as rude as the cashier that day. I hope IF I decide to come back to Longo, I wouldn’t have to go through that again.

Excellent! We bought our RX300!yr 2002 and continuously running efficiently because of Longo service. We could get outside service but Longo is competitive and reasonable. Deserve discount has been applied on last appointment and really appreciate it. Longo always given customers total satisfactions and complete services. Please keep up the good work! My situation was a little different then I suppose it should have been. Jackelyn I’m sure did her best but I was not satisfied with the problem at hand. So I dealt with the service manager, Clem Cisneros. He made me feel like I was being heard.
