Amount of gas on loaner were documented incorrectly. My car was very dirty with orange spots all over hood and some areas of door. It was later all polished and fixed, but shouldn’t be happening from any professional service dept.

This is the third visit for the same issue and no resolution. I have requested a manager call back several times including today and have yet to speak to a manager. I do not feel confident in the service teams ability. I think a master certified tech should look at the vehicle.

As always, Frank went above and beyond during my service. During my visit with him, I wasn’t aware I still had an active warranty on my car as I thought it expired around the time of my previous appointment in 2020. He actually informed me of the active warranty (thank you!), and walked me through how I could get the most out of the covered services before the warranty expired. He has been the go-to advisor for my family for almost three years now. Ever since I transitioned over from the Lexus dealership in Minnesota to Longo Lexus in 2019, Frank always provided the best service. Despite COVID and its effect on the service industry, he continues to give it his all, as well as keep a line of communication open for any questions, comments and/or concerns. I wouldn’t expect anything less from him. Thank you, Frank! Looking forward to working with you in the future again. Jasmine
