Usually, Edgar informs me of the findings of the vehicle inspection before work is performed. Kelly did not notify me of the need for/cost of windshield wiper service & installation; I would've had them done while I was there. Other than that, Kelly was an excellent professional, inquiring about my knee surgery & discussing the options for the Smog test. I appreciate his stepping in for Edgar; however, I'll make sure Edgar is available before my next service visit. Thank-you, Marcia A. Talbert

It seemed as if the service rep was pushing to sell me something. My vehicle was a simple fix. The interior light had a burnt bulb. When I check it the button would stick. When I opened the door it doesn’t come on. This was probably the worst service I’ve received at longo. Very disappointed.

ROBIN HO IS AMAZING. HE CONSISTENTLY UPDATED ME AND COMMUNICATED WITH ME FREQUENTLY. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT BECAUSE I WAS ALSO DEALING WITH THE COLLISION CENTER SIMULTANEOUSLY. NOT ONLY WAS ROBIN TAKING CARE OF MY CAR BUT OF ME AS WELL. I APPRECIATE HIM TAKING THE TIME TO KEEP ME IN THE LOOP WITH HIS CONSTANT COMMUNICATION. THANK YOU ROBIN HO.
