The computer systems must be corrected to show the correct Active status of my prepaid service contract. It is correctly “Active” on one system but incorrect on another. This has never happened before. Mike Babcock had to personally call in to Lexus Finance to correct/validate my prepaid service. There are at least 3 more services available to reach the final at 60000 miles prepaid service. Please fix it so my next service is smooth. I chose Lexus service because of the excellent service quality. I’d like to keep it that way. Thank you.

Hello Samson, Thank you for reaching out. I had heard from my dentist who has a Lexus, that Stevens creek Service included vacuum, wash and gas-up. My Lexus was returned to me almost empty! Can you fix this? Thank you

Thank you for servicing my car. I appreciate the loaner service as well but I will not be going back to your location again. I live in Watsonville CA, it is about 55-60 miles to your location. I understand your policy states that you allow 50 miles per day. I picked up the car Friday, drove home. Saturday drive to your location to drop it back off. It is indeed considered 2 days of having the car. Yet I was charged for 75 extra miles on my card. I don't believe that is fair. The first time I used your service in November I was not charged. I drove the car 125 miles from Friday to Saturday, which is reasonable driving from Stevens creek, to Watsonville ca and back to Stevens creek. If anything I exceeded 25miles not what I was charged for 75 miles. Thank you for your time.
