I understand that there are limits to the time available to diagnose vehicle performance issues. However, a dealer service center should have those only on the rarest of moments. After all, these specific vehicle are supposed to be there specialty. So, it was disappointing to leave the center only to experience the same failure on the way home because they were unwilling to drive the vehicle up to the point of failure.

Samson was great! Courteous and professional. I mostly appreciated that he was very prompt when I informed him I was short on time. I think it’s important to know when to chat with customers when appropriate , but also be concise when they prefer. Well done! Great job with the car as well. No complaints
