It is horrible after my service. I felt my car was drifting while I was driving in highway. It did not have this before I brought my car to do my service checkup. I read the service paper when I picked up my car which indicate they have replace my battery of my key. Today on 6/14/21 4:45pm after I finished my work, I could not opened the door even I had my key with me. I have to call AAA to get the door open and it showed no key was detected even though I could start my car after AAA agent was able to open my door. I was so scared to drive my car home when that message was showing inside my car. I felt uneasy to drive my car home during the whole trip. The reason I bought Lexus IS partly for the reliability but it totally disappointed especially I just had service with your company last week. What a lousy job & terrible experience.
It was a completely satisfying experience with Paymon at Lexus of Steven Creak. Paymon exhibited professionalism, he was extremely polite and took care of my needs. Thank you!
