Hi Randy based on my invoice I was charged to replace 4 lights this wasn't completed. I was driving from SF at night and couldn't understand why the road was not very visible. When I parked my vehicle I found that the 4 lights that were suppose to have been replaced were not. This was a major safety hazard and I disappointed in the level of service with the technicians from Lexus. Over the course if 6 years I have invested a great deal of money into the maintenance of my car and intrusted the integrity of Lexus to uphold that level of standard. I wanted to come back to have more service work completed on my struts, however I am having second thoughts.
