The service of oil change and tire rotation took over 3.5hrs despite having made an appointment for a Wednesday morning. This is unacceptable

I felt the service was really good… I will say I do have one suggestion- The settings on the car, such as radio and other dashboard settings need to be recorded and please returned as such…I don’t use NPR and to return the car to me with NPR that needs some subscription….as a boomer, I set it up one way and couldn’t get the settings back…I had to return to the service line and get it fixed…a bit frustrating
