Bruce is professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He has assisted me through the years with my Toyotas and I will continue to request his assistance when my car is in need of any service. Also the concierge service is much appreciated. The drivers are very pleasant. However I would like a call/ text 20-30 min in advance of their arrival. Thank you.

My appointment was at 7am for an oil change..I have appointments because I have other things during the day to do..my car took 2hrs 15 min...I should have went to jiffy lube.
