Lleve mi auto a una revisión recall, no solo pague por una evaluación sino que dejaron la tapadera de los fusibles en mi cup folder sino que ahora el motor hace un ruido extraño al acelerar y deshacelerar y no estaba asi

I have check every price around the area on water pump replacement for sienna 2015, it seems I have been over charged knowingly I'm a frequent customer. I don't know how the system works but I feel robbed. On the cashier when I'm about to pay up, I remember the exact amount mentioned on the phone so I deposited the amount on my debit card. I ask why the price is different from the one we talked about. Then she immediately call and adjust the price. Seems fishy and weird. It's like they can set my price to what they want. I paid 918 for all the cost, average was 400-750 on replacement and 1 year warranty (one from BMW). What a rip off. First time experience with longo.
