Donovan is fantastic & I'm lucky he helped me. I received an email offer about a pre-paid Toyota care program. The program in the email wasn't available for my car, but Donovan found a pre-paid program that was available. I would had left Longo with nothing if it wasn't for Donovan. I think highly of Longo because people like Donovan work there. Thank you!

When I called they said it was a three hour wait for a regular service with no oil change but when I got there they said 3 1/2 to 4 hours then when I ask for shuttle ride home I had an hour plus wait. by the time I got home they called me that my car was ready. then I had to wait another hour for the shuttle to show again to pick me up.
