I came in for a service with a limited time to spend waiting for it to be completed. Eric recommended multiple services and I agreed, requesting that it be done within a certain time frame. He quoted me 1 hour over my requested time and I agreed. When the quoted time came, the car was incomplete. I requested that the work be stopped and the car be returned. I was 35 minutes late to my appointment and the car was not complete. I’d rather him have just told me that we could not complete the service in time and to do it another day. Unacceptable. The service costed me $421 but the delay costed me $400 more dollars. If the time frame is not enough, do not PUSH the customer to do it and allow the car to be late. I will not be returning to Eric for service coordination.
Very impressed with the quality of service Noly Evangelista provided me from the time I checked my car in to the completion of the recommended setvice. The immediate transit that brought me home and back to Longo Toyota was amazing. The lady drivers who assisted me were absolutely polite and very informative with their responses received about Toyota cars.
Eric kept me informed on the progress of my car and it was done before the time promised.

I think that longo needs to consider long time customers the way they do new customers. If new, perhaps one time buyers get their own service lane, long time repeat customers deserve some kind of acknowledgement.
