Mandi was extremely helpful during my recent visit to Longo for service. One thing that is appreciated is she took the time to both call and use the automatic notification system to make me aware of any work needed on the car. Same goes for when the car finished. Utilized both system, messaging and phone, to let me know work was completed. I haven’t used the schedule an appointment option in awhile, but if it’s not on there customers should have the option to choose the representative they want to have help them.
