Got overcharged (ripped off) for my basic oil change service. Anthony is nice BUT it is like ripping you off with a smile that kind of nice if you know what I mean. My previous service represents was very considerate (she is the best) but not longer working at Longo anymore… Most likely never going back to Longo for my car maintenance again. I was a loyal customer for Longo (bought 3 cars there) but didn’t realized Longo could rip you off for basic service like everywhere else which is quite a shame for #1 Toyota dealer in the world…
