I dropped off my car at 10:30 am on January 3. Ethan told me it will be done by 3pm. I came back at 3:30 pm. He told me wait for 10 minutes to complete paperwork then go to cashier. 15 minutes later I came to cashier and was told not ready yet. I waited another 20 minutes. This is my first time doing service here and will be my last time. Terrible customer service
