Johan provided great customer service. He's been so nice with answering my questions and called me when everything was done with my vehicle. As a matter of fact, everyone I've interacted from your dealership has been wonderful. From the moment you guys took my call to set up an appointment, to your confirmation emails and texts of the appointment to how the service updates while I was there. You guys provide great customer service, keep it up! I'm a happy customer and would recommend you guys to anyone !

When I scheduled the appointment they asked if I would be leaving the car or waiting, I figured that if waiting was an option they wouldn’t take too long. When I got there, Eric told me I could pick up my car in 4.5 hours because they were short staffed. This was super inconvenient because I had work in about 2 hours after my appointment scheduled time. Eric was really kind and accommodating, made sure my car got the service it needed so I could go to work as soon as possible and not have to wait the entire 4.5 hours. I appreciated Eric being understanding, would of been super frustrated if he hadn’t been. For better service, especially during the current covid surge, it would be helpful to inform customers of the average wait time when they schedule an appointment so it doesn’t catch anyone by surprise.

NOLI Evangelista always goes beyond in providing the best service always. He always listens to your needs and takes care of you from the beginning through the end.
