Oriane was very pleasant to work with. My only minor complaint was I could find my car when I went to leave. I had to go back in and have a service rep get it for me. The only other thing that I noticed was that the trunk was left unlatched.
I called to make a 9 AM appointment for 1/4/18 on 12/28/17 at 3:47 PM. I arrived for the appointment at 8:50 AM and was told that my appointment was on 12/28/17 at 9 AM. It seems to me that it is impossible to make an appt. for 9 AM at 3:47 PM on the same day.
I'm always happy to deal with key auto mall service department. They do an excellent job! We live about 100 miles away and would rather get our service there than go to our local dealer which is much closer
I had a 10:00 appointment for an oil change and did not get out until 11:25. When I made appointment on the phone I explained I wanted oil change and tire rotation. Tires did not get rotated.. Service was slow but Marcy explained they were teaching a new tech. I had a coupon for oil change and rotation so Marcy said to let them know next time so I won’t be charged. I appreciate her customer service. I don’t need a call back but wanted to give some feedback in hopes it will improve service time next time. I also have an open ticket from my last oil change with Cameron and he is waiting for a response from Chrysler and company so there could be an improvement in that response. I work in product support as well and even if we do not have an answer for the problem we give a timeline in when the dealership will hear a response next. Not the dealerships fault there so I hope Chrysler reads these surveys too!
Process was easy and quick and everyone was nice till the cashier process. She acted like i was bothering her... even keeping her back to me for most of the transaction. Very impersonal

you did not find the problom, you where not able to retreve the info. from the on board computer.

Rotated tires and I asked to make sure tire psi was checked. All tires at factory recommendation 35 psi. Tires were at 30,30,31 &32. Looking at all past services psi was always, after service, at 35 psi’s. Hopefully it can wait till warranty part for 4 Wheel comes in. Terry L

Cole did a great job but I feel the work on thee wiper jet should have been pick up by the dealership since it happened when you guys replaced my windshield
