Never used mat for car. My car smelled like oil and I had oil on my steering wheel and my center arm rest. No ticket in car or my keys to match!! Third time being dissatisfied and seems that every time I have my oil changes you have a new service manager! I purchased my car from Key but might not see me again until I HAVE to bring it in!

Marcy is the best service tech at Key. They usually take forever to get my car done or even scheduled. I dropped it off a day early, in anticipation to pick it up the next day. However, by the time I got back home after dropping it off early, the oil change was already done and my car was ready to be picked up!!
I wanted to see both parts to the job that they did and he could only show me one. And I also wanted to see that the oil had been changed and he was going to show me but never did so I put the hood up when I went to my truck and the oil did not look clear like it had just been done. It still looked dirty and I change my oil at 3000 miles so I don’t know if you people are trying to pull something over on me/us customers but I probably won’t be back for service on my truck anymore and I would most certainly never buy a vehicle from you people ever again. So you can thank your service department for this! Richard L
Kameron kept me posted about the service on my vehicle. He answered all my questions without making me feel like I was troubling him. I have not had this kind of great service in the past from the dealership. I look forward to working with him again.
