I had a bedliner removed from the truck I bought. Took to the car wash and spent 30 minutes washing the bed of the truck out after I left. Here you go sir thanks for your business here is your filthy truck. Not to mention the 10 holes I now have in the rails of the truck. Very frustrated

this is the second time my odometer wad read incorrectly. It was reported as 25k and it should have been 29k.

I had an appt. at 1:00 to have 2 safety recalls taken care of. I asked several different times to two different individuals the amount of time it would take to have them completed. The answer both times was approx. 2 hours. At 4:20 I went to the service desks to check on when it would be completed. I was informed it would/should be done by closing time. The car was finally completed at 5:00. I understand that things can take longer than expected but I felt like someone should have kept me informed about the delay. I also don't like the fact that Fox News is on the TV during both of the visits that I have had there. I also understand that it would be very difficult to find a station that everyone would be happy with. The employees are very pleasant to work with.

You started my car before 4 pm cuz I came in early after work which I really appreciate it and were done by 4:15 and gave me the discount for the cheaper oil changes Thanks for your good customer service

After getting the car home we found more defects in the clear coat. Now we have to make another trip to the dealership. This should have been caught in the first place.

Did not care for the service writer kameron felt he was rude in his presentation of what was wrong with my car but the service writer Marcie was amazing as well as Randy Allison and service manager Tom they were all great and a big asset to the dealership
