Annie did a great job keeping me informed about the progress being made on my car. I did not stay in the waiting room but was running errands with a friend. She did a great job.
He was helpful when I picked up my car after having it in for service. Service with a smile. The young woman that checked me in and he gentleman in the garage were equally so.

Josh did a fine job. I asked for the air pressure in my tires to be checked.When the oil change was completed, I checked the sir and the tired were still low. I went to the gas station to do it myself.

No detailed information on diagnosis. 27 point inspection, vehicle had low tire when going in, still had low tire after 27 point inspection. Was told rear tires were bald but was not given tread depth measurements on any of the tires. Multiple things that could have been done, or done better.
When I go in reverse my brakes still squeak did he drive it or just look at it and charge somebody $155 And to tell somebody everything was OK I doubt if I ever go back for service and I will pass the word along
