Josh was very friendly and pleasant - the shuttle driver was very pleasant as well and we were able to have a nice conversation the whole ride. There wasn’t an awkward moment at all. And the ladies that helped me check out where great!!!! Thanks so so much !!
i am very frustrated since you fixed a problem based on my description of deficiency which cost me 600 dollars of my hard earned money, and the car still replicates the same problem. after owning 5 brand new jeep grand cherokees i feel this will be my last. talked to curt and mike today, if i agreed to trade this jeep in, they said they would give me the 600 repair toward a new jeep. while i appreciate the offer i find it concerning??? i should receive tbe 600 back just on principle that a part was switched out that clearly did not rectify the problem...
Annie is great! She greats me with my first name and always has I smile of greeting on her face. She keeps me informed about what's going on and answers any questions I have.

Not satisfied only,because I was charged 179 for a diagnosis check engine light that came on and went off to be told nothing found. Next time I go to auto zone. Paid for a machine to tell them nothing and still got charged, free at auto zone! On a positive, when they actually do a service, they do an excellent job..

Vehicle was given back not fixed and they would not be able to repair it unless it had completely failed.
Annie is a sweetheart. My issue isnt with her. It's with my vehicle having issues and the issues not being resolved. I am paying a house payment for my Pacifica and it is dangerous to drive.
My experience the day of my service was great. The service writer I dealt with was very helpful therefore high marks. My concern is trying to reach them by phone and scheduling the appointment. Phone just rings and rings without anyone answering so appears you need to figure out how to handle calls during the high volume part of the day. I was also booked for 10am but the email said my appointment was 12. I called and after many attempts to reach someone they confirmed it was 12pm. It was a problem as I had another appointment therefore would not have agreed to this time. Worked it out but just seems there is some help and training needed. Service was quick and easy so again high marks for the actual service. Will continue to use them for my service needs.
It was a wonderful experience with no issues at all. I was able to get right in and when vehicle was done Everything was explained to me what was done to vehicle.
Took a lot longer than expected. We had to drive our truck back to Sherrard and make another trip to Moline the following day.
