Annie was wonderful, she made sure I had a vehicle to drive when mine took longer than expected and kept me updated regularly through the entire process. Thank you to Annie and the technicians that worked on my car.
Annie was very attentive to me throughout the day keeping me informed regarding
my Miata’s repair progress and promptly informed of additional work needed as Scott discovered itShe was upbeat, very personal. I can honestly say I felt we were working as a team. Annie is an excellent representative of the Key Auto Mall. If she worked at my bank, she would be a perfect personal banker.
I can always depend on Annie to know what I need. My battery went dead when I was leaving the vet the other day with my sick cat. I called Annie. She took control of the problem, arranged for a tow. And took that problem off this old lady's shoulders. You are lucky to have her! And so am i!!

We brought our vehicle in we thought was a warranty issue and got charge for assessment of vehicle… We were not alerted of fees for you to assess the vehicle warranty issues. We were surprised at the end to have to pay service fee.
I made an appointment with Ron....then found out he never even looked at my car, that it was someone else. I also have a bad belt somewhere that lightly squeals when wet...well it was raining today and I could hear it but no one checked the belts because they couldn’t hear the noise.
Josh & Ron went above and beyond my expectations of great Service!! With these two individuals working for Key, your Service Department in my opinion rates beyond a grade of A+... Keep up the great Service,I would recommend Key for all service work! Sincerely Robert D
